So far this story, has sucked.
And I have kept reading, with everything that you wrote
Over and over again revisiting the previous chapters.
Trying to understand the whys.
Believing that it was for the better.
I followed your story. Washing the color from my eyes.
Yet, I kept reading, everything that you spoke.
You want to know why. Of course you don’t.
Because you believe in your own lies.
My heart cried out. Falling on deaf ears.
Because you believed in your own lies.
You kept me reading. Because you kept writing.
Should I blind myself, Should I drop your story.
I should be banished should I do anything.
I believe in your lies. It’s what’s left.
Taking your words from me. Letting me cry.
Taking the color from me. Watching me bleed.
Leaving me alone to read your lies.
I revisit all the lies. Alone in myself.
Because that’s all I have left.
Give me your pen. I can change it all.
And stop you lies from reaching the old me.
Even if I have to stay here and watch my own lies.
Giving the story a chance that it needed from the start.
